Refund policy
If a video fails to generate, we retry it for you. If it still fails, we refund the payment in full.
If the result is clearly broken (for example, no face, a frozen frame or a corrupted file), email support@soracai.com within 7 days with your account email and we will remake it or refund it.
Because each video uses paid AI compute as soon as it starts, we do not refund a video that generated correctly just because you changed your mind.
